With 2.4 kcal per gram, DAYELET ISOMALT is a polyol obtained by catalytic hydrogenation of sucrose.

It is therefore regular sugar enzymatically modified.
Its sweetening properties are low (50/60%) compared to sugar, almost half of sugar’s sweetness. For this reason, it is only used as a partial substitute in many sugar-free desserts.

All DAYELET sweeteners are harmless for your teeth and keep them healthy, since they have no effect on mouth bacteria.

None of DAYELET formulas contain fast-absorption carbohydrates, such as sucrose, glucose or fructose; and they are all GLUTEN-FREE.
